ABOUT OUR TEAM

The owner, Lauren Morgan, created Empowered Healthcare, LLC due to her passion for teaching entry-level students and new nurses to be competent and confident healthcare workers. Lauren has an array of healthcare experiences. She has been in the field for over 14 years. She began her career as a Nursing Assistant in 2010. She then obtained her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from Oakland University and became licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan in 2015. After this, she went on to obtain her Master's of Science Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2020. Lauren can identify with the challenges of entering into the healthcare industry and is dedicated to the success and motivation of her students to advance their knowledge and skills to not only aid in the national healthcare shortage, but to also empower them to reach their full potential and reap the many benefits the healthcare field has to offer.

Empowered Healthcare, LLC also has a team of fully dedicated and compassionate instructors with the same values and knowledge for healthcare to share with our students both in the classroom and clinical setting. Lastly, our team consists of administrative staff providing assistance to students during their enrollment and inquiries about our programs.
